For questions about your personal data, use the contact form on our home page.

When you send the contact form we receive your name, email address, your message, and the time it was sent. This is delivered to us as an email.

To protect the form against abuse we process your IP address. It is not stored as such: we keep only a keyed, one-way hash of it together with the submission time, for at most 24 hours, to limit how many messages can be sent from one connection.

When you visit the website our hosting provider's web server records standard technical log data (IP address, time, requested page, browser type) to operate and secure the service. These logs are kept for 30 days.

We do not use cookies, analytics, tracking pixels, advertising tools or third-party embeds. The website loads no content from other domains.

• Answering your message and, if you wish, taking pre-contractual steps such as discussing an investment, advisory work or a takeover — GDPR Article 6(1)(b), and otherwise our legitimate interest in replying to enquiries, Article 6(1)(f).
• Keeping the form and website secure and preventing spam — our legitimate interest in protecting our services, Article 6(1)(f).

Providing your details is voluntary, but we cannot reply without an email address.

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to handle them and any follow-up, and delete them no later than 24 months after our last contact, unless they become part of a customer, investment or other business relationship, in which case the retention rules for that relationship apply. Rate-limiting data is deleted after 24 hours.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for their own purposes. The following service providers process data on our behalf:

• Website hosting and form email delivery: Louhi Net Oy (Hostingpalvelu), Finland.
• Email mailbox: Tutao GmbH (Tuta), Germany.

We do not transfer your personal data outside the European Economic Area.

You have the right to access your personal data, to have inaccurate data corrected, to have data erased, to restrict processing, to object to processing based on legitimate interest, and to data portability where applicable. To use these rights, contact us as described above. We respond within one month.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman in Finland (tietosuoja.fi).

We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing or profiling. The anti-spam checks only decide whether a form submission is delivered.

We may update this notice when our processing changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
