Questions, answered plainly.

How we quote, how fast we start, who actually does the work, and what happens after launch. If yours is not here, ask and we will answer it the same way.

Usually within two weeks for a scoped project, and same week for something small or urgent. You are not joining a queue behind twelve other accounts, because we deliberately run a small number of engagements at a time. If we cannot start when you need us, we will say so at the quote stage rather than after you have signed.

Subscription products have published prices: Analytics & SEO from €19 a month, Shift Planner from €49 a month per unit, SmartJob Verify €250 a month up to 25 workers. Everything custom is a fixed price for the whole project, agreed in writing before we write a line of code. No hourly billing, no variation orders halfway through, no surprise invoice for something you assumed was included.

Yes, and we would rather you did. We will walk you through a live system doing the actual job, using our own data, on a call. For subscription products we can also set you up on a trial against your own site or your own schedule, so you are evaluating it on your reality rather than a demo dataset.

The person who quotes it is the person who builds it and the person who answers when you email. There is no account manager translating your requirements to an offshore team and translating the result back. That is why we take a small number of projects at a time, and it is the single thing clients mention most.

You get a working system, documentation and training. Most clients then take a maintenance retainer so there is someone on call when something needs changing, a regulation shifts, or they want a new feature. It is optional, priced monthly, and cancellable, but almost everyone keeps it because software that nobody maintains slowly stops being useful.

That is most of what we do. SmartJob Verify exists precisely because Geotab and Shiftbase would not talk to each other. Shift Planner exports clean files into Mepco, Quinyx and Nextime rather than trying to replace a payroll system that already works. If you have two systems that should share information and do not, that is a completely normal starting point.

On servers in Helsinki or Amsterdam, or on hardware you own, whichever you prefer. No AWS, no Google Cloud, no Microsoft Azure. One honest exception worth naming: our AI Product Analyzer calls a model running in Google's Finland datacentre, so the data stays on EU soil but the provider is American. We flag that on the product page rather than leaving you to discover it.

Not for our analytics. It is cookieless and collects no personal data, which is exactly why no banner is required under GDPR. That matters commercially as well as legally: every visitor who declines a banner disappears from your reporting, so removing the banner gives you back the data you were losing.

No, and it is structural rather than a promise. Everything runs self-hosted on infrastructure you control, so there is no platform sitting between you and your own system. Subscriptions are monthly. We would rather keep clients because the software earns its place than because leaving is painful.

Yes to both. We work with Finnish care providers under TES and SOSTES, and with organisations handling health and personal data under GDPR. We will sign a data processing agreement, and because the architecture is self-hosted in the EU, the answers your compliance officer needs are short ones.

Yes. English, Nederlands and suomi, and more usefully we understand the regulatory context in both countries: TES and SOSTES rules in Finland, AVG practice in the Netherlands. Interfaces we build are multilingual by design rather than translated afterwards.

No, deliberately. It handles scheduling and TES compliance, and exports clean CSV and Excel into whatever payroll system you already run. Replacing a working payroll system is a risk with no upside, so we do not ask you to take it.

They usually do, and it is not a problem. We work in milestones with something working in your hands early, so changes surface while they are still cheap to make. Genuinely new scope gets quoted separately before anyone starts, so you always know what you are agreeing to.

From single shop owners to organisations running software across 300+ locations in 11 countries. The common factor is not size, it is that the off-the-shelf option does not fit and they would rather own the solution than rent a compromise.

Either. Most clients let us run it on a Hetzner server in Helsinki or Amsterdam that we manage for them, because it is cheaper than their own IT time. Organisations with their own infrastructure or a strict policy can have it deployed on their hardware instead, and the software is identical. The difference is only who holds the root password.

Managed systems are backed up nightly to a second location, with 30 days of history, and we test a restore before go-live rather than hoping it works later. Every service is monitored around the clock and we are alerted before you would notice. We do not sell a percentage on a certificate; we show you the monitoring dashboard.

By email, and you reach the person who built it. Anything that stops you working is answered the same business day. Everything else within one business day. There is no ticket portal, no tier one, no chatbot between you and an answer. Clients on a maintenance retainer also get a direct phone number for genuine emergencies.

Yes, and it is included in every custom project rather than sold separately. We train the people who will actually use the system, on their own data, on a call or on site, and leave written documentation behind. For subscription products the onboarding session is part of setup. The goal is that nobody needs to call us to do ordinary work.

Usually, yes. Spreadsheets, exports from your current system, a database dump, even scanned paper for the document archive. We look at what you have before quoting, tell you what will come across cleanly and what will need a decision, and migrate into a test environment first so you can check it before anything goes live.

Yes. Municipal care providers and wellbeing services counties in Finland are a natural fit for Shift Planner and the Intranet Suite, and self-hosting in the EU answers the procurement questions about data location before they are asked. We respond to tenders and small-purchase enquiries alike, and can supply the documentation a procurement process needs.

Subscriptions monthly in advance, custom projects on agreed milestones, all in euros, all excluding VAT. Finnish clients receive e-invoices (verkkolasku) through the Maventa network, OVT address 003729438938; Dutch and other EU clients receive PDF invoices by email with VAT handled under the reverse-charge mechanism where it applies. Payment terms are 14 days unless we have agreed otherwise.

The basics done properly, every time: encrypted connections everywhere, encrypted backups, servers patched on a schedule, access by key rather than password, and nobody sharing credentials. Personal data is masked in analytics and recordings by default. We are happy to walk your IT lead through the architecture, and for regulated clients we will support an external penetration test before go-live.
